The basic mechanics of the game(s).

Hello again everyone! Welcome to JEIA.CORP news and updates! Today we will be talking about the basic mechanics of the Trolly Maze games! Let's get started!

The ←↑→↓ keys on your keyboard are what you use to move your character around.

Lives: You start with three lives in the beginning of the game. While most enemies only take one life if you run into them, there are some that take two, or even all of them. In Trolly Maze III we added the mechanic that gives a life when you run into a certain object.

Boulders and Holes: In all of the Trolly Maze games you will encounter levels with boulders and holes. while the sprites of the boulders and holes will be different, they all function the same.
You can push the boulders in any direction, but they is no way to retrieve it if you push up against the wall. When you push the boulder into the hole both the hole and the boulder will disappear. Some enemies will bounce off the boulders, some just go right through them.

Gates and Gems. The main mechanic in the Trolly Maze games involves gates, (They block the goal.) and gems. (They earn you points.) When you collect all the gems, the gate(s) will disappear. Thereby allowing you to progress to the next level. While there will always be mandatory gems to collect. In Trolly Maze III we added optional gems that are worth more points. These gems do not affect the gate.

Gem points ranked:

Gate Gems: 5 pts. (TM I, II, III)

Purple Gems: 10 pts. (TM III)

Red Gems: 50 pts. (TM III)

White Gems 100 pts (TM III)

Goal: This is constantly changing in image in all of the games, so you must figure out what leads you to the next level.

Restart: If you ever get stuck, you may run into the bomb in Trolly Maze II or press the R key in Troll Maze III.

That's all the help we can offer for these games! The rest you must figure out on your own.

Bye now!
